Here at Bags First Aid we love the outdoors. When not delivering First Aid training we are out and about, hill-walking, mountain biking, canoeing, snorkelling, rock climbing, road cycling, camping or just exploring. Last winter we took up skiing and spent time in the arctic cross-country skiing.

The course includes handouts that summarise the above topics and include a list of First Aid items, a resuscitation wall-chart is also included. Additionally candidates have the opportunity to purchase a First Aid manual with the course.
Certificates awarded to successful candidates are valid for three years.
