First Aid Courses

Paediatric courses focus on babies and children. The differences in treatment for choking and changes to CPR and recovery position are covered. Specialist baby and child manikins are used on all paediatric courses. The UK Resuscitation Council guidelines for infant resuscitation define an infant as less than 12 months. Bags First Aid use Laerdal “Baby” manikins as our infants and Laerdal “Junior” as our child casualties.

Courses are relaxed and delivered using practical demonstration and role play.  All courses include hand outs to support learning.
